LCB sent out the schedule for the first week of school this morning. On Monday 22nd March, we will start our first demo at 12.30 hrs. I don't know in which group I'll be - there are 5 groups in Superior Cuisine (and 4 groups in Superior Chocolate).

What a difference in schedule from Intensive. You're going to have a leisure 10 weeks in paris.
